beautifully decorated place with knowledgeable hotel staff. absolutely perfect position: minutes from a train station. 5 minutes walk from central venice.

We liked our neat and compact room with fantastic view. The location was incredible in the lovely interior garden. And it was also just off train station and vaporetti/water taxis, and the main tourist locations.

Decent size hotel units with bathrooms, the bedroom, contemporary furnishings. Friendly check in and late check out. Unbeatable location, easy to get around Venice by a train station located next to the venue. Good stay in busy area.

Wi-Fi was slow.

It has stunning, fantastic setting, next to transportation hubs and easy walking distance to all major sights as well as grand canal. The staff is polite and welcoming at all the levels;)))

The morning breakfast was varied with sweet, fruit and also pastries. The hotel had an unbeatable location next to a historic canal bridge.

This hotel is in a great location, close to the train station and one of the main vaporetto stops. It's perfect if you're traveling by train or want to explore other locations easily. The staff here is outstanding, extremely friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. The rooms are nicely decorated with a contemporary bathroom and some even have a view of the Canal Grande.

The lack of cupboard space for hanging clothes.

The hotel with good sized and compact rooms, in a busy area, right by the train station. Rich breakfast and plenty of goodies. Central location, a 10-15 minute walking distance from San Polo Church.

The location turned out to be marvellous, near transportation hubs, water buses, and the S.Lucia railway station. The staff were pleasant and consistently courteous, everything was great.

Rich and very good breakfast with scenic views and sweet, as for instance, accommodating personnel. Fantastic and stunning location, minute walk from a historic Jewish quarter. Just 5 min walk to downtown.

Beautifully designed hotel, spent our time here lovely. The staff were amicable, we had a friendly check in and a late check-out. Central location next to the train station and bus station, restaurants & shops and Croatia, Slovenia and Montenegro, it was in a busy area.

The hotel was clean with good services. The location was magnificent and ideal, next to a train station. Set in 5 minutes' walk to downtown, and the staff were knowledgeable.

Unique hotel, the staff was knowledgeable, GOOD service. Actually, the room was good-sized and huge with a contemporary bathroom. Really enjoyed the perfect location to the normal tourist spot such as Piazza San Marco. We had early meal in Burger King Venezia, based nearby.

There was no water pressure and it was inconvenient.

The location of this hotel was excellent - within walking distance of all the main sights and right off the main street, close to shops and restaurants. Additionally, the staff was very friendly and accommodating, always available to help. The cleanliness of the hotel was also impressive.

The staff were superbly friendly every time I dealt with them. The location of the hotel was favourable - within easy walking distance of a Baroque marble palace. And the area was nice, just next door to Venice, a thin alley, and the large bridges.

We enjoyed staying 1 night here. Staff were pleasant, room was fairly quiet and impressive with fantastic view. The service here was great! The hotel has marvellous and stunning location really close to railway station and being closeby to the public transportation area ie Train/Waterbus/Bus terminal.
